Yogini, surfer, traveller, life student. Always amazed about the creative energy of the human heart (hrdaya shakti), her mission is guiding students towards that inner place of love, wisdom and power. Her classes are a place for transformation where she helps them find their limits, with love and awareness, structured sequences and precise instructions. Classes are always infused by her passion for Philosophy, Mithology and yoga´s therapeutic possibilities. The first Spanish Anusara Yoga Certified Teacher (2006), she is now CATT and helps as Assessor in ASHY Certification Process. Based in Spain and Morocco, she teaches Intensives, Immersions and Teacher Trainings and yoga and surf retreats in Morocco. Commited to the awakening of the femenine and the Goddess she deeply studies the sacred femenine and guides women circles to awaken the sisterhood and to empower women. For Susana, yoga is the adventure of life when you live it to the highest.
