Level 1/2 - This asana session will focus on developing healthy “Longevity” related movement skills. Rather that having a class session focused on an “Apex pose”, experience a class with a theme and apex movement skill focus. The UPA’s can be directly related to developing healthier movement patterns or skills as well as asana posture. Take a fresh look at applying the UPA’s for more joint healthy movement rather than advanced asana practice. Fun, Creative and a Physically challenging. This session will be supported with the Dharmic Movement with the UPA’s workshop session.
