Samavesha: the Anusara® yoga Festival 2017

All levels - The Universe is a love story between Shiva, Supreme Consciousness, and Shakti, his creative energy. Always together, never truly apart, life is a story of multiple experiences of separation and the joy of reunion. Yoga shifts the perspective to an experience of union and allows you to connect with your full creative power. We will focus on creating a love story with yourself, your practice, your life and on using the fullness of your creative energy to create your own Universe. An all levels potpourri practice focused on hip opening and with pranayama, mantra, mudra, meditation and maybe some inversions.
