An illustrated talk, encompassing breathing techniques and music, which will explain the principles on which the Celtic School of Yoga has been founded.

Jack Harrison

Jack first encountered yoga in the 1970s in San Francisco at a yoga school in Haight-Ashbury where he lived for a while. Five years later he was in Galway on the West coast of Ireland and practising with the Irish Wheel of Yoga. He continued to practice various styles including Iyengar and Satyananda, until, in about 2000, he was introduced to Ashtanga Yoga and did a teacher training at Yoga Thailand and later in Dublin and Clare Island, Co Mayo, the island of his maternal family. This was followed by many more trainings in Anusara Yoga in San Francisco, Paris and Paros in Greece. He began teaching in 2005. Jack has been playing music and singing since he was child.
