Inspired by our mantra “Inner body bright –outer body soft” we direct our breath to areas where we haven’t been breathing to for a while. With the breath we move deeply into the hips, and our upper back and shoulder. Slow flow verus faster flow. We remember, release, let go and honour all that we have gone through, to get a new lighter vision of the darkness that tends to make us heavy and sad. We end with a short meditation and and soothing rest for body and soul.
