What's your dosha? And what do you do about it? The science of Ayurveda teaches us to observe the qualities of the five elements not only in our bodies, but in every aspect of our life: the seasons, our daily practice, our time in life… In this workshop we will learn to use these qualities to read the patterns in our own unique bodies and identify what it looks like to be in and out of a state of balance. Through this practice the 5 elements become keys to understanding our true nature and how to ride the wave of our own healing process.
